Step 1: Find a quiet area to sit.
Step 2: Set your timer for five minutes.
Step 3: Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
Yes, this solution is mediation less the “om” sound. Your focus is on your breathing which will relax your mind. Try this technique for one minute then gradually increase to five minutes.
