Find a reason to motivate yourself to workout – maybe an upcoming wedding, vacation, or reunion. 

Going on a vegan diet does not automatically mean you’ll be healthier or lose weight – make sure you avoid processed foods and eat foods to meet your required nutritional needs. 

Stop hitting the snooze button — instead reset your original alarm to a later time AND go to bed earlier.

As you start thinking about retirement, list the adventures you’d like to pursue to motivate yourself to stay fit — scuba diving, hiking, kayaking, etc.
