Include healthy fats in your diet – olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, ghee, and flaxseed oil.

If you’ve plateaued from walking regularly, increase the intensity by walking uphill or adding weights. 

Lose body fat and increase cardio exercises with strength training to achieve a toned look.

Take advantage of local farmers’ markets and replace processed snacks with fresh fruits and vegetables.
