One of the 5 P’s of Life is “Personal Relationships” – your relationship with others, including your spouse, significant other, parents, other family members, and friends. To build and strengthen these relationships, it’s important to dedicate time to them – no matter how busy life becomes for you.

Below are personal relationship tips we tweeted last month on Twitter. Please share these tips with your loved ones.

While it’s common to have family disagreements, learn to put limits on anger.

When hiring in-home care for your loved one, ask questions about employee screening and training.

Encourage your friend to be civil during divorce since they will be forever linked because of kids.

Practice forgiveness when someone unintentionally hurts your feelings – it was thoughtless not malicious.

Reach out to a widow/widower you know and spend time with them – it’ll show you care.
