For better work/life balance, pick a time to leave work every day. Schedule something after work to make sure you leave.
Every day take 10 minutes to breathe deeply in silence. Begin with 1 minute then work up to 10 minutes.
What overwhelms you? Can you avoid this situation/person? If not, can you change your attitude about this situation/person?
When was the last time you evaluated your commitments? Focus on what adds value to what you are trying to accomplish.
