One of the 5 P’s of Life is “peace of mind” – meaning your relationship with yourself. Everyone has ideas of what they need to do to find peace. Some people need less stress; others may need to feel a sense of value.   Do you know what you need to find peace of mind?

Every Thursday, we tweet peace of mind tips on Twitter. Here are tips from last month.

Block off time on your calendar to accomplish items on your to-do list – by scheduling these items, you’ll tackle them.

Try something new or different every day – take a different route to work, order something other than your usual, stop wearing your watch — as you challenge yourself with these small changes, you’ll move away from your depressive thoughts.

Expand your knowledge and find a free college course to take – you don’t need to enroll as a student and you can take courses online.

Write down how you feel – when you put pen to paper, it’s therapeutic.

Want a free, easy, and fun stress reliever – just laugh.
