Everyone has ideas of what they need to do to find peace. Some people need less stress; others may need to feel a sense of value.
Every Thursday, we tweet peace of mind tips on Twitter. Here are tips from last month.
Constantly train yourself to recognize the positives in your life.
Stay optimistic about living alone by listing all the benefits (e.g., 100% of your pet’s affection, eating whatever and whenever you want, decorating however you want, etc.).
Take a stretching class to help you focus on breathing and clearing your mind.
Resist the urge to allow someone’s rude behavior to influence how you behave – be kind.
