If social media is making you depressed instead of giving you a boost, then turn it off — at least temporarily for a few hours.

End your day on a positive note by listing everything good that happened to you including your achievements. 

Stop setting yourself up for failure – re-evaluate what you want to achieve and make sure it’s realistic given your lifestyle and commitments. 

Block off 15 minutes daily to read – it’ll stimulate your mind and prevent stress.
