One of the 5 P’s of Life is “peace of mind” – meaning your relationship with yourself. Everyone has ideas of what they need to do to find peace. Some people need less stress; others may need to feel a sense of value.   Do you know what you need to find peace of mind?

Every Thursday, we tweet peace of mind tips on Twitter. Here are tips from last month.

With many plugs used for your holiday decorations, know where your fire extinguishers are located and change the batteries on your smoke detectors – $280 million in property damage is caused by electrical malfunctions annually.

Fight seasonal affective disorder (depression during darker months) by getting as much natural light as possible and using light therapy or Vitamin D supplements.

Commit to your personal growth and do something outside of your comfort zone – start with something small such as taking a different route to your home.

When contemplating a divorce, turn off the noise around you and focus on you – reflect on what your life would be like after your divorce.
